Step 2: Set the recording settings and open your PowerPoint

During the recording, you can move your cursor to the top of the screen. You will find a mini toolbar. If you want to add some annotations such as numbers, letters, arrows, line segment, etc. Just click on the pen icon on the toolbar/ press the hotkey Alt key +h and the Annotation tool will show up. This will help you to speak more logically and it will be easier for people watching your video to know where you are focusing. If you need to pause your recording, you can click on the Pause icon. The recorded speech video will be saved in the recording list automatically. In the list, you can rewatch your recordings and change the name.
